Super 8 by Wyndham Salmon Arm

Negatives: I booked a room for my hair and makeup artists to stay in the night before my wedding. When they arrived, the state of the room was disgusting. The room was so dirty, they did not feel comfortable staying there and had to book new accommodation. I tried calling to ask for a refund, and the staff member I spoke to refused to issue me a refund and actually hung up on me. Do NOT stay here.

Negatives: Staff were not helpful at all. Room was very basic to say the least! Breakfast was non existent....very poor all round. Would not recommend this motel at all.

Negatives: The room was in disrepair . Carpets were in poor condition and dirty

Negatives: I booked 1 queen bed room and I got 2 queen bed and we are couple, I narrated employee and he said we don’t have it. In breakfast they only had white bread slices with jam and peanut butter, toaster was shitty too, No yogurt nothing and we were first one in breakfast room. Very arrogant staff No one was present during checkout Worst experience, they forced me for 2 bed queen room…SAD

Negatives: We received a key for a different room and found the carpets so stained and grubby! We told the clerk that we were not staying. He told us that we would have to pay for one night. I told him that was not acceptable. His attitude was not good from the very beginning. Booked thru Bookings.com. Their site stated that we could cancel book before 6:00 pm on day of stay. We left the hotel at 5:30 pm . Very disappointed with everything!

Negatives: The lobby had numerous people waiting to check in - it was 4pm - the note said lift the receiver on phone and someone would help - people had been waiting already 20minutes when we arrived, and had no response yet. One fellow said he had long black hairs in his bed, his key had to be re-programmed every time he left his room and had to wait an average of 15 minutes to get someone to help. The lobby was dirty and smelled really really bad and we left and booked into a Comfort Inn down the street. I would like my credit care credited back please. We've stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and never had this experience.

Negatives: No breakfast even though it was advertized everywhere. Filthy in public places and in our room. Urine on bathroom floor, dirty towels and not enough clean ones, Asked for some and was never given any.

Negatives: No one was staffing the front desk nor answering the phone provided to access the sight

Negatives: It was ok

Negatives: Waited at front desk for a long time, messy every where, pillows are smelly
