Proximity to leasure center Tim Hortons and baselines pub although I hear the new SkyTrain line caused the Tim Hortons to no longer be there after our stay.also pet friendly with grass right beside hotel.

When we came from outside there was a smell in the room and washroom. We also found the cleaning person left vaping in the washroom on the 2nd day of our stay.

Bed. Room was nice sized. Clean bedding. Toiletries available. Good lighting in room. Room AC was good and quiet.
Negatives:
Bathroom floor seems bit sticky. Has very old iron table with very old worn out pad that stained my t shirt.
