Positives:
It was fine but my deposit was never returned, even tho we only spent a grand total of 6 hours there, 5 of which we were sleeping. Friend and I travelled with our daughters (8&4) for a concert. Absolutely no damage was done to the room, we were barely even there
Negatives:
False advertising. I was told my deposit would be returned to me the next day, on day five now without it being returned. There was no damage done, no need to steal 250$ from a young working mother.

Shuttle service to town was very good. Breakfast was ok Location was just a place on a busy road If you are not attending a concert or the races. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
Negatives:
No soundproof door to adjoining room Every word and music ( both loud ) drowned out our conversation. Oversized bed and furniture left minimum space between both , causing a badly cut leg as I walked past to go to reception to complain The slippery bath base cause me to fall as I tried to protect my injured leg. Luckily I suffered only bruises
