Positives:
Good location for pubs and restaurants around English Bay and walks into Downtown and Stanley Park. Good cycle hire shop opposite for bike rides to MOA on south shore. Good breakfast options.
Negatives:
Very tired decor and furniture especially in the room. No proper lobby. Cockroach seen in the corridor. Breakfast was provided in the sports bar.

The location is excellent on English Bay,very close to the beach and sea walk to Stanley park. Second beach pool is close by and there are lots of restaurants with beach views. Transit buses stop outside hotel and are able to take you downtown and to the SkyTrain stations. Check in was smooth and we arrived early and were able to pre check in and have our bags put in the room. Breakfast was delicious. A choice of meal and drink from the restaurant bar 'the Park' just below hotel. Room was clean and comfy and had a balcony onto Davie with some sea views

The staff was very accomodating and the hotel itself was near for everything like restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach.

The room have a smell and the air condition its cannot accomodate the entire room still hot despite that I reported it! The parking os not free and have a small tiny parking which is youre really close on the other car since we have an SUV Car.When I book the hotel it said that includes a buffet breakfast but they only have a limited menu for breakfast mostly carbohydrates.

The lobby was small, crowded and loud. The neighbourhood was a party place even on a Sunday evening. I uncomfortable wandering around after 8pm due to the amount of alcohol consumption that was happening in the area.
