Positives: The employee running the taxi/transportation desk was absolutely the best!!! She was efficient friendly knowledgeable and so helpful in getting g our large group to the cruise ship terminal in one piece!!!
Negatives: Coming in late (after 10 pm) and walking from the train terminus, the people we encountered on the street (the houseless) were a concern since we had young children with us.

Negatives: This hotel placed a hold on my credit card when I checked in. At check-out, they charged the card separately and said they would remove the hold. This was false. The hold is still there after 3 weeks and that has caused me a boatload of trouble. Soured the whole experience. My card has been rendered unusable.
