the rooms were clean and quiet
Negatives:
the elevators. two of them were out for two days. we were on the 12th floor. they did accommodate a refund for one night. but the walking up and down caused me to have a seizure. my compliant is while we were at the ER they cleaned the room. my rain jacket was missing and a few of my clothes. i've sent 4 emails asking for lost and found or reimbursement for the stolen clothes

The size of the beds, the gym and pool area. The distance from the city center. I liked the fact the staff were responsive to any requests and made us feel very welcome. The cleaners and reception staff were very attentive to our needs.
