The staff at this location were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and took great care of me from check-in to check-out. The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to lots of downtown and a quick drive to the theaters I attended.
Negatives:
Traffic was a little crazy one evening due to road closures because of the stadium. Wish it was better communicated ahead of time.

Everything in this hotel was perfect. It was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that it's not a 5 star hotel. Even the use of laundry facilities were included in the price.
