Crappiest hotel in Vancouver if you want to get sleep.
1st Room, was adjoining and I could hear as clear as a whistle everythe people were saying next door, including them taking a shower.
Moved to another room, but the elevator needs repair and it shook the room, everytime it moved up and down floors.
So the only room left was a corner room, with the traffic keeping me up all night as their windows are not double paned!
STAY AWAY!!!
Go to the Pacific Rim Fairmont or any other hotel.

Positives:
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The lobby is comfortable and inviting and there was always coffee, water or wine set out for the guests. Its location on a quiet street made getting in and out so easy and the rooms were very quiet with little to no street noise.
Negatives:
Our room had a very unpleasant smell and the design seemed to value form over function. The sliding wall exposing the bathroom and the tiny shallow sink with an awkward flowing faucet that splashed all over seemed poor choices. Our least favorite feature was the bed which was rather uncomfortable compared to the two other hotels we stayed in on our trip.
