Most of the staff were very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The cable on one of the pieces of gym equipment was broken and there was no substitute equipment for the same exercises. When we arrived in our room the air conditioning wasn't working. The television was also not working. An expensive hotel should do a lot better.
Our room was a mobility room. The shower curtain was very poor. It was difficult not to flood the bathroom.

When we booked they said we could put 5 persons in a Queen room but understood on arrival that wasn’t possible, therefore had to pay more and use a bed settee and have a put up bed put in room. Quite squashed but we managed.
