AMAZING! The room was beautiful and came with a stellar view of the harbor. It was very clean, well-appointed and we had excellent service. They even took our bags to the cruise ship terminal for us.

The location was perfect for our trip. We were taking a cruise, and it was so convenient to be able to have our bags delivered directly to the ship and just take the elevator to the basement to board.
Negatives:
We had a club room. It was gorgeous, but there was too much furniture in it for the size. It made moving around challenging for me as someone with a mobility disability.

Its definitely aging. We paid over $500 for a room with rickety knobs in the bathroom, broken USB charger, etc. This hotel needs some work.

Very little. Glasses in the room were dirty. But staff dropped new ones off fast and were very friendly. In fact, even staff just using the elevator would make sure we were doing well/getting to the right floor etc. Staff were just exceptional.
