Positives: Best part was customer service: reception, desk, valet staff, housekeeping! Room was spacious for our family of two adults and two kids with two double beds, very clean. Gorgeous rooftop bar with great food and drinks! Overall good location.
Negatives: The only one surprise was parking was only valet (we could not park our own car, it felt forced and slightly limiting, I do not trust many people to drive my car) but valet staff was wonderful! Located next to a large busy vehicle bridge.

Positives: The rooms have been brightened and updated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had gone to the hotel straight from the airport and arrived 3 hours before check-in. Kiki graciously offered us a freshly cleaned and available room straight away, which was very much appreciated. He was so happy to help us out! The rooms were bright and comfortable. And the water pressure was fantastic! Chris at the concierge was very helpful holding our luggage for us at check out. We were always well greeted when arriving back into the hotel. All staff were friendly and very accommodating! Our son had left his cell phone in the room, and after checking out, housekeeping found it and immediately notified us! We appreciate the staff at The Parker so much! The location is also amazing. We walked everywhere. The Parker is close to everything you could desire. Food, liquor, shopping, and galleries. The perfect downtown stay!

Negatives: However, the hotel could do better in the upkeep of how beds are maintained and how beddings are placed. Also could do better in vacuuming the carpet in the room.

Positives: The best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help.
Negatives: The wifi connection was horrible. I couldnt get any work done, as it kept getting disconnected. For the price you pay, especially since it was on the higher end as there were conferences going on, you would expect the wifi to work. Also, the ac was very loud. The hotel was old, there isnt an option for room service, and my room always smelled like food for some reason.

It was overpriced for what you got. However, again, excellent customer service and very friendly and professional staff.
