First 3 hours of being there my truck window got smashed in, at the underground parking.. the staff wasn’t very willing to try help me out at all, didn’t even offer to try and look at camera footage. Just left me be, to deal with on my own.

The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for the event I was in town for. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Negatives:
The only negative was the noise. The hallways were noisy. You could hear people very well from you room talking in the hallways. Also in the day was the construction noise which was a bit irritating.

There was a 1 1/2hour line up to check in . 1 staff member working. Telling everyone that the rooms are not ready. This was at 4:30pm.
