Good news! Before Saturday, Sep 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Sep 28th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: It was right around the corner to Roger’s arena.

Negatives: Underground parking was tight for vehicles and especially for full-size pick ups. Paid parking that was secure but had someone attempt to steal lights from bumper. There was a warning that theft is high in the city of belongings and cars. Regardless it was better than an open parking lot.

Positives: Very close to Rodgers arena as well as ctrain.

Negatives: For $400 a night, the room was super small. The bathroom door couldn't be closed until you were completely inside as the door barely got past the toilet. The toilet was not clean, which I found disgusting.

Positives: Location was good

Negatives: Our friends paid the same amount and had a fully renovated room. Our shower curtain didn’t keep water in the tub so the floor was soaking wet. They only left one coffee cup for the two of us. The room was dated and worn, not maintained well. The pillows were very lumpy. The parkade had missing chunks out of the ceiling and walls. There were no visible signs on the street to direct us to the hotel parkade and lobby. Not worth 1000 dollars for two nights.
