Cleanliness, well taken care of, close to amenitys.
Negatives:
We asked for earlier checkin when we booked and when we got there our room wasn't ready, we even called the day of to make sure. There was a young women working at the front checking people I and she was really slow, the employee working next to her had 3 couples ready to go in the time she had one. Also the elevators took alot of time. At one point people were lined up to the front entrance waiting, I dont know how seeing as there are 4 elevators.

I booked 2 beds thru this site it said King. However when arrived They did not offer 2 kings they read the booking as one bed. Meaning the only way I could get two beds was a low level floor without the view. I was sad about that.
