Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms are huge, beds really comfortable. Food and service in restaurant were great! This was a really nice stay that I wish had been longer.
Negatives:
Only quibble is the the hotel bar is a public bar with a doorman & a dress code. Making an exception for hotel guests to have a nightcap would be nice.

For the price they were short on the amount of supplies in the room. We only had enough for 2 coffees and one cream each. We asked for 2 more each and they only gave us one more each. Seems stingy for what you pay. Not a deal breaker but if I had to get picky.

Best Hotel in Downtown Vancouver!...
Positives:
Close to everything, quiet rooms
Negatives:
Took 4 different concierge’s and a phone call to Bon Von to find out why my trip wasn’t showing up in the Bon Von app. Wasted 3 hours of my time upon arrival after a 10 hour drive. I received the “your room is ready” text 4 hours after I checked in. Parking was $50 a day. Light fixture fell off the wall when I turned on the switch. Not kid friendly as there’s a casino in the hotel which brings out the usual rowdies.

The property was located in a great location, which made it very walkable and accessible to near by entertainment and dining establishments.
Negatives:
Shared amenities with JW Marriott which was next door. The fact that you had to exit the hotel to walk over to another hotel. Jacuzzi was very small, no pool. The gym was pretty decent.
