Centrally located in Vancouver. A very comfortable bed. Nice pool and spa facilities.

Perhaps the bathroom needs an overhaul? Thought shower pressure was a bit low and shower not always hot enough.

A good base to explore...
Positives:
Location is perfect in Downtown Toronto. Many places an easy walk. And very good selection of restaurants in surrounding streets.
Negatives:
The concierge was excellent when available. Occasionally though their hours meant we had to ask checking desk which always seemed under pressure. Access route to the pool / gym and changing rooms was a little complicated.

Positives:
The hotel was very comfortable but we only stayed one night and never really got the chance to use any of the facilities. In retrospect we would have been better getting a comfortable lower budget hotel. Decent location with shopping and eateries nearby.
Negatives:
By the time they added our parking fee (CAD 50) and all the taxes, the cost of our one night stay was very expensive. We also did not eat at the hotel at all not even breakfast because again quite expensive and lots of options to walk to.

It old style but everything you need is there even a store like 7/11 inside.. Michelin restaurants etc… i prefer new style hotel but love this one..

Great big room with a view! This hotel has alot of charm, good downtown location. Swimming pool and jacuzi was awesome!

First time in Vancouver!
Positives:
The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was quiet. Everything was very clean.
Negatives:
We should have carried our own luggage to the room. It was slow to arrive. We asked for a microwave to reheat some leftovers. There was no microwave in our room or one that was accessible for us in the hotel. We asked for the microwave around 4:30 pm, they finally brought it about five hours later. We had already gone to bed by the time it arrived.

Staff was great. My view was nice. The beds were comfortable. I like the cups they used for coffee. The coffee bar was good.
Negatives:
There was a lot of dirt in my room. Hairs in the ceramic tray that held the soap, q-tips, etc. There was dust bunnies all over the snacks they offered. All the edges if the electrical outlets were covered in a thick layer of dust. I excepted it to be cleaner considering how much it cost to stay there
