There was nothing that I liked about the place the owner was doing crack with the people that were staying there. I brought it to the attention and they just brushed. It off told me they would not issue back my money

There was drugs and paraphernalia all around the place. The owners were involved doing drugs with people behind the office The room I rented. They were in and out all night long right beside me. Supposed to have hot tub open? It wasn't open at all. The place is disgusting. The rooms are disgusting and dirty falling apart a real waste of money and very unsafe within half an hour of being in the room. I had the police knocking on my door looking for someone. That was there the night before scary place.

The bed was clean, large, and comfortable. Big mini fridge. Nice hot water bath.
Negatives:
Very budget. Very dim room unless one opens the blinds for all to see in. I could hear the room next door would get shady visitors in early AM & late PM. Room was very dirty. Surfaces were dirty or dusty & not wiped for ages. Dust, hair, & debris on floor. TV didn't work. Smelled like dog or cigarettes when somebody smoked near my A/C vent on otherside of building. Concierge was difficult to get a hold of.

Best value you can find, but keep your standards low

The member of staff was amenable and pleasant when I told him I would not be staying at the hotel because it is in disgusting condition.
Negatives:
I was "lucky" enough to see two rooms. The first room pretty much everything was broken or cracked or lopsided (light switches, wardrobe/closet, table) and the bathroom had a missing panel with some sort of wiring exposed. The second room was in better condition however the inside of the fridge was dripping water and smelt of mould or rotten food and the shower had exposed plumbing and the water could no be adjusted comfortably, it was either too cold or too hot to take a shower. Most of the guests staying here appear to be long-term guests.

I have stayed here often over the last 2 years. For the price, this hotel is great, and I have noted incremental improvements to the property. Big shout out to Matthew, who always remembers me, and makes me feel welcome. The people at this hotel are lovely and they make me want to return.

This hotel was terrible. Dirty smelly trashed. The staff were not helpful. We tried ro check out after one night but there was no staff and they still have not refunded us for our prebooking of the month. We have called emailed everything. No one has returned our calls for a refund

Bed was extremely soft and tipped up when you sat on the end. Mattress needs to be flipped. Google took us along the incorrect street around the back.
