Negatives: The room was unclean it was noisy and the whole building was not pleasant at all there was nothing that was nice about that the staff was okay we checked out after 2 minutes I've got a different hotel in Vernon

Positives: The staff were kind but could not help more due to the managers refusal to discount the room despite the drain not working in the bathroom, uncleanliness and a lot of noise all night.

Negatives: There was no soundproofing in the room we stayed in, clogged drain, lots of noise, did not feel clean and the manager refused to discount.
