Since no buffet, we had to wait for serving breakfast at first day 45 min. at second day 30 min and at third day we ordered only bread and cheese, so it took 15 min. too long time.

Clean room and breakfast is great. They also allowed 1 hour late check out. Parking is spacious.
Negatives:
Not really sound proof as we could hear people talking.
When checking in, the instructions are not clear. Still waiting for my credit card hold to be released as it should credit back immediately after checked out.
I never see hotel which hold same amount as room rate which is 293.25. Usually it’s 200 or 500. Hope that they don’t deduct me second time since booking.com already deducted. No toothpaste provided and had to ask for tooth brush.
