Poor security. Have no CCTV in the underground parking lot. I parked my motorbike in the Vic garage, then the next morning I found someone drew a screw on the side of my rear tire which cost me 500+ dollars to replace it. Unfortunately the hotel has no CCTV so they can't be sure if it was happening in their place or seen the criminal.

Positives:
This is an old property that has been renovated quite well. The age of the property shows in some areas like the elevator and doors, air conditioner and bathroom fan, but the room was clean and fresh. Bathroom was very modern and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Some great family friendly options - games room, popcorn and pool.
Floyd's Diner is handy for breakfast and the food at Heckler's pub is great and good value.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Nothing to really comment about negatively. This location worked really well for us as it is close to our son who lives in that area and we are happy to drive in Victoria. Not a lot of walkability maybe for all tourists.
