Loft bed was nice. Proximity to lifts was convenient. We appreciated them being pet friendly. Our dog liked it.
Negatives:
Pool and hot tub were GROSS. A dozen dead flies circled the hot tub with piles of dirt/sand settled below. Pool was not warm enough and full of leaves/detritus from the trees. Not enough pool towels. Room was above noisy bar. Sofa bed was uncomfortable

We booked several rooms at this hotel for our staff Christmas party rooms were nice the only thing was they were over the pizza place and it is open till 3am. However its a nice place to stay. Parking can be tricky if you have a big truck

The room was spacious and filled with all the right amenities. It was quite noisy from a bar below but the hotel had provided ear plugs and a white noise machine which helped massively. On arrival you were given a drinks token to enjoy in their bar and a card that allowed 20% off most places for food and drink which was an excellent touch.
Negatives:
Unfortunately you had to pay for parking in their private car park which is a bit ridiculous considering the only way to get to whistler is to drive, so needing a car parking spot is inevitable for most guests.

Great location within Whistler. We managed to get a parking space on site as well. The common areas look very welcoming.
Negatives:
The room was a bit odd. We were in one of the loft suites that has the bedroom upstairs. Nice idea but the whole thing needs a bit of TLC including a clean. The area with the microwave and fridge felt like it needed a sink as there was no way to clean the cafetire once it was used. And there was no cutlery or crockery so if you did have things like breakfast food in the fridge there was no way to eat it unless you brought your own bowls, spoons, etc.
