No matter what we did...

Great location. We had an apartment which had 2 separate entrances which worked well with the children. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. They also lent us some board games to play, which was kind too.
Negatives:
The sofa bed mattress/springs needs replacing as bed sagged into the middle. My back did not like that.

Location - 5 min walk to the village areas and bus stops.
Bed & pillows - may be the best we have ever had! Very comfortable.
Coffee van in reception 7-9am - the coffee van was a pleasant surprise. They even offered Soy milk, which I've found to be uncommon in Canada.
Bathroom products - were nice quality.
Negatives:
Crockery & Cutlery - the addition of a small sharp knife and 2x larger bowls would be good. I had to buy a small sharp knife and a microwave safe container to make use of the microwave for basic meal prep.
