The location, pool, 2-3 hot tubs, convenience of storage for skis & boards at the shop, right in front of elevators.
Full washer & dryers on every floor. Small washer/dryer in our room. Small dishwasher in room.

Second time this has happened to us.
Our room was directly above the entrance to Garfinkels Night club.
Couldn't hear the music but the inebriated patrons coming out of the club were so loud!! Woke us up several times, till 2 am.
This side of the hotel faces the main village stroll. It is very loud with people talking or yelling. Most people retire to their rooms by 9:30-10 pm. So the village stroll does quiet down but then the nightclub noise picks up.
Make sure to ask where your room is situated!!

The room was nice and clean, with a small balcony. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is very conveniently located.

The place is right down in the village. Walkable to the Olympic rings and Whistler and Audain Museums. Fireplace and little kitchen.
Negatives:
The tv didn't connect to iphone but someone came to help which fixed the problem. Would have liked carpeted floor.

The hotel and staff were good. However, in spite of checking in the night before and giving our arrival time as 4 p.m the 2 rooms were not ready
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the house keepers were friendly and helpful.
It is a nice hotel in a handy pedestrianised location in Whistler and we did enjoy our stay.

It seems some people are being given late check outs which is not giving housekeeping time to prepare the rooms for the incoming guests
We were staying for 4 nights, we have Marriott membership and had checked in the night before and given our arrival time.
One of the rooms was not ready until 5.30 which, with a 2 year old, was frustrating. We did have access to the pool but they would not give the key to my 23 year old grandson when the room was finally ready so I had to traipse through the hotel covered in towels to collect it as some of the family needed the rooms
One room had a much larger balcony than the other and, had we known, would have put the 2 year old in the room with the restricted, smaller balcony
