I arrived before check in time and Laura was fabulous getting me and my service dog early access to our room. Thank you Laura!!! There was plenty of space in the unit as we had a loft but slept on Murphy bed on the main floor as the TV was there. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and the room, although a bit dated was exceptionally clean!! Easy access to everything as it's right in the heart of the village. Parking access easy and enjoyed a coffee and cookie from the lobby before hitting the road home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Whistler.

Lovely clean room with all the facilities we wanted. Took us a couple of minutes to realise the bed was a pull down. Ha ha. Not an issue, all clean and comfortable.
Nice to be able to use the spa and pool.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Easy parking and great location for the Peak to Peak gondala.

Pity we were only there for one night!

Staff are excellent. Location is central to everything Poo, sauna, and thermal spa were so good after a long walk on the mountain. Really couldn't ask for better.

Staff was not very friendly
There was charge for parking. I mean if we pay for the room at your location. Where else should we plan to park. They did not even ask which building and decided for us. We were pushed into the building without the pool when the pool was our main priority. We had to walk in swim clothes and towel across the street. After paying almost 200 we got a Murphy bed. It was soo bad after being sooo tired to follow instructions to get the bed down.
