Positives: Comfy beds, yummy breakfast, quiet
Negatives: My son forgot his airport in the room after checkout, and we were hopeful that they would have been turned in after the cleaners were done. Trying to contact the hotel by phone that evening was almost impossible, I kept being put on hold and then it would just hang up. After about 80 minutes of calling, someone finally picked up the phone. Not great front desk service at all.
