check in. the guy checking in couldn’t find reservation. with out making effort he was saying we are at wrong location. he could find eventually

Lights didn't work. Had to have an attendant get someone to fix.
We were given someone's else's room at first. Had to go back to desk to get another room.
Bar closed at 10:00 pm so we couldn't eat our supper there. We had to eat it in our room. Why does it close so early? Our flight didn't get in until 9:00 pm so supper was a problem at your hotel.
