Negatives: The room I booked was not the room we were given. I booked a suite with a kitchenette based on the pictures that were specific to that room. I was told by front desk that I was in the room I booked (a king suite) but it looked nothing like the pictures specific to the room I booked where the bed is separate and the bathroom is huge with a standalone tub. They offered only to let me leave without any cancelation charges or stay in the room they put me in, despite it being a much higher price point than I would have been willing to pay for the room they put me in. I was ok paying more for the pictures specific to the room I reserved. Basically I was scammed. The pictures to the room I booked, shown on booking.com, with a higher price point was not the room they put us in. They did not offer to reduce our rate. Just that we could leave without cancelation charges. They said the pictures of the room I reserved aren't on their website or booking.com because it's over 500 a night. Yet I was able to show them the pictures of the room associated with the room I booked and that's the only reason I booked there.

Negatives: Springs in the beds are starting to go, black mold in the shower, dim lights need replacement, transfered to a different room where the shower was also dirty.

Negatives: Very noisy pool. Not the ordinary children having fun, but older children about 12 years old purposely making noise and banging on things. Cameras and frequent staff visits to the pool should be encouraged. The owners are probably afraid of loosing clients, they will loose more if they don’t control the pool!

Negatives: The manager was absolutely awful and should not be in a management position. The room was very dusty and he told me if I didn’t like his standards of cleanliness than to go stay somewhere else.

Negatives: Sausages were a little overcooked
