Positives:
We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 weeks. Our first stay we were upgraded to an amazing suite on the 15th floor due to our promised room being unavailable. Our expectations were exceeded! Our second stay was great also, we traveled with my parents this trip. Both rooms were very nice, ours unfortunately had stuff all over the walls. I'm sure if we would have asked we could have changed rooms, but we decided not to be fussy as we weren't spending much time in the room. The staff is AMAZING & so beyond friendly. We will absolutely come again.
