The coffee machine in the room didn’t work for us.The tv was complicated and then had no signal
Called front desk and they responded immediately and fixed both issues
Which turned out to be user knowledge deficiency.
The breakfast was perfect
Lots of coffee and tea all day easily accessible

Very noisy if you are in the even number rooms as Portage Ave is 25 feet away. Lots of road noise on the north side of the building.

Awesome breakfast. Loved the hot soup, coffee and tea at the end of a cool, rainy, damp day. It was very clean and well looked after. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Our room was perfect, comfortable and accommodating.
