Positives: I appreciated for granting my requests. Also, I like the location and the price is fair, but could have been cheaper.

Negatives: The hotel uses AI in assisting us, terrible experience. Also, the water from their machine tasted awful, tasted like rust. No shampoo only soap. No coffeemaker in the room as well.
