Excepts dog. We were on ground floor walkout to our car which was convenient. Breakfast was great. Staff great. 2 queen beds was nice.

I think having carpet in a room for pets makes the odour not very nice. I think previous pets may have had accidents so the odour was more of a strong cleaner. I am in a hotel now with my pet and the floor is laminate. It smells fresh.

For the most part it was clean, my room was spacious and location was close to what i needed.
Negatives:
There was a leak in the ceiling that leaked into my suitcase, i had to dry my clothes for my meetings today with a hair dryer.
When i told the front desk about the leak they told me it was old, when i showed them photos of the water i was told it was because the honeymoon suite was above and the tub leaks when its used. Which means i am wearing clothes with someone else's dirty bath water on it currently. I did not receive an apology or any compensation.

No elevator to the second floor. Carpeted floor. Very low toilet.
