The room I was first given had not been cleaned recently. There were remains of bugs on the bathroom counter and the bed. The thermostat didn't work. I went to the front desk and the lady said she would send someone down. 30 minutes went by and nobody came. I called the front desk and Justin answered. He was good. When I told him the situation he said he would get us another room. He took pictures of the room to share with housekeeping.
The next room was ok.

The breakfast was amazing. They had a great selection. There was a person there that would cook u fresh eggs with cheese and bacon in it.

Could hear the people above us and because we were close to where people went to smoke u could hear them talking.

What I had an issue with, is we were sen to the wrong room (actual people in the one she sent us too) I was travelling with my sister who had health issues ( brain tumour) and walking can be a struggle, there was no elevators to the first room she sent us too (215) and gave us poor directions for the room we did receive (267) some customer actually took the time to help us. Other than that it’s a good hotel …customer service just got to do better in her communication skills.
