Hotel Moncton

Negatives: I had no problems at all the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful.parking was a little problem we needed a handicap parking space other people filled rhe parking lot with no sign..that was the only problem we had.

Negatives: I booked a room on the ground floor but he did not acknowledge it and kept saying he only had second floor available until I said I cannot be on the second floor this is why I specifically booked first floor, said it 3 times. He tried to call manager no answer, finally he said I have 1 room but its $10 more but this once Ill waive it like really? And the room smelled musty, a stand up cheap heater in the room because the wall one was broken, noisy a bit, not enough to call them though

Negatives: It was all good

Negatives: I didn't like that my door card wouldn't work. I did mention it to the front desk upon my arrival. I was informed that i needed to enter from the inside and unlock the deadbolt. I did that but the door still didn't work so I just used the inside entrance for the duration of my stay. I also thought the room was very warm it was 78 degrees when I arrived I tried to change the temperature but was unable to because the thermostat was locked. I did turn the AC on in the room and it made it bearable but it was still quite warm.

Negatives: Young kids up late and very loud
