Overall we were disappointed in having to put up $200 deposit over the existing problem of trying to secure the room itself on booking.com and had we not had the $200 on us would have had to look for other accommodations. Will not be going back to this hotel for this major reason. Very difficult situation and out of control of the hotel staff!!
