We have stayed here probably close to 2 dozens times now and always come back as it is always clean, the staff is always awesome and breakfast is great and it's a good value for the price. It's our go to hotel for our getaways to Fredericton.
Negatives:
This is the first time I didn't enjoy my stay 100%. On our 2nd night there was a wedding in the conference room which happened to be right below our room with loud music until after midnight. I could even feel the vibration when standing in my room. I would highly suggest that rooms above the conference rooms be reserved for people attending events when an event is taking place and not for other people staying there. Poor planning on this.

This Inn requires more elevators! Two would be better. Often had to wait for it because of the inn's busyness. Also, they should have an elevator sign the is displayed outwards from the wall so that coming down the long hall, it's location is more visible to see. They have one in the lobby, but not on the upper floors. Would make finding the elevator more convenient.
Breakfast staff did not appear very friendly nor greeted guests coming to eat. They just kept busy doing what they needed to do, but a polite Good Morning with a smile would have been nice.
