We had specified on our reservation that we had a dog. The first response we got was Im not sure if we have anywhere to put you After the clerk spoke with the manager we were given room 101. We had to walk down to the basement area, the cooling system did not work, and the whole vibe of the room was very unsettling . Our dog immediately went back to the door and started to bark, which she never does, she LOVES hotels. We knew right away that we were not staying there! Unfortunately it was non refundable but we truly did not care at this point!
