The staff was good when checking in and out.
Negatives:
It's very obviously an older hotel. There were things that you could tell were very old, needed an upgrade or needed to be directly fixed. You had no control over the room temperature. We were also directly next to a busy road, so it was very loud. The TV had very few channels. It was ok, but I don't think I would stay there again.

the bathrooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, nice having a restaurant for meals. Staff are friendly and helpful.

No complaints, One suggestion - a bath mat for inside the bathtub to prevent slips would be welcomed.

There was nowhere to hang towels except one hook in the bathroom. There were 3 of us. Good luck on conserving on washing as we ended up just dropping the towels on the floor and asked for new ones.
