We had harbor view room with balcony; its the only way to go. Great view of city and waterfront. Road construction outside was a drawback but not the hotels fault. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. We stayed three nights and will stay again.

Due to road work I missed the hotel the first time and the parking took a little getting used to.

I liked the location, it was close to waterfront. I also liked the staff, they were very nice and worked very hard on a busy Saturday night.
Negatives:
Checking in, our room wasnt ready and we waited for over an hour. The lovely front desk attendant was very helpful in trying to get our room ready for us I think it could be better managed so that when a room gets cleaned it gets inspected right away to make it available to customers. They should also change their carpet, it was very gross.
