The location was great and the size of the room was nice. It was clean and several breakfast options nearby. The staff was friendly and the hotel was modern.
Negatives:
The entrance into the hotel was a bit tough to find at night. We wanted to valet, but it wasn't staffed when we arrived.
The view of nothing with a single weird window in a corner was a bit strange. I realize we didn't pay more for a view of the city, but this was no view.

Positives:
Amazing location and super comfortable rooms. Really handy for everything and no question that luxury is important to them.
Negatives:
The drop off/ parking is a bit of a joke and valet can take a lot longer than the promised 20 minutes, so be prepared. It's also quite difficult to get a human when you call down to the front desk. Their voip system needs some work.

N/A on breakfast, I didn't eat at the hotel. Great downtown location near lots of good restaurants and safe to walk at night for a woman .
Negatives:
The first night the hard king size pillows were very uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I checked in around midnight and didn't want to bug them. The next morning, I asked for smaller, more flat and user friendly pillows and the staff provided them.
