Bit rundown. Breakfast was a big disappointment, staff too lazy to clear tables & buffet not topped up. Guests were clearing the tables themselves. The restaurant manager is clearly not doing their job very well.
We also had a Marketing Fee added to our invoice with no explanation!

Actually....compared to other Best Western facilities, I didn't like this one very much.
This is not a usual BW+ hotel, but was rather "born" as a common motel with rooms spread among individual single floor or two-story buildings.
While the rooms are clean, with (in my case) a large king-bed, the desk doesn't have a lamp (and although the staff promised to bring one over, never did so).....be very careful when attempting to sit down into the wheeled desk-chair, as it will roll away while sitting down, i.e. you're bound to fall to the floor if not holding on to the chair in the process!
Negatives:
The room is too dark, for example, there is no light above the area of the coffee-machine. (it appears that room was at one point equipped with a kitchenette...they removed the plumbing, but left the sink in place, meaning that if someone (me, for example) wanted to empty a cup, the liquid would just run out on the floor....'enough said'

The facilities were rundown in the annex part of the hotel. Our keys stopped working after 24 hours, so we had to go to the desk to have them rekeyed to get back into our room.
