Positives:
The woman at reception at 6-7 pm on April 25th was super-friendly, helpful and accommodating. I liked how we were on the ground-floor with a patio door facing grass with our dog.
Negatives:
The breakfast was free but cold. The soap holder and tap in the bathroom were dirty and had used soap in the tray. There were several bars of used soap in the bathtub as well. No wrapped ones, we had to go to the front desk for new soap.

The beds were terrible. No padding at all just all metal springs. I had a terrible sleep and my back was killing me all day. I wasnt impressed comfort in. The beds need to be replaced. I spent way too much money to stay there for that.

The location is perfect for us. We know Truro. Bria checked us in. Do not let her go. She is a gem!
Breakfast was excellent for the included cost.

We are seniors. We did not know that there was no elevator.
The air in the room was very dry. A humidifier might help with this.

There was a low vacancy on the night I stayed. Instead of spreading the guests out they put me beside a room with a toddler and small dog. Was woken up at 7 am..from the noise..The walls don't stop the noise at all. Not sure why the guests weren't spread out. I would understand if the hotel was full.
