Breakfast was wonderful, always kept stocked up. Rooms were clean.
Negatives:
Elevator was inaccessible during stay. Place was very packed for 2 conferences and a cheer weekend. Staff were not monitoring kids playing on elevators which meant climbing stairs to the top level for our rooms (I'm also pregnant) which was not great.

Building was under construction to which we were not informed of. Its old and dated nasty carpet all ripped in the room, and we didn't get our rooms connected. Hot tub was out of order.

The upgrade offered to a suite with a jacuzzi was incredible. The pool was lovely. The complimentary hot breakfast was the best weve ever had at a hotel. The jacuzzi was out of this world amazing, and the bed was super comfortable.
