Bathroom was very dirty. Asked staff to reclean it, they just restocked towels. They did not provide enough towels or facecloths for the stay, even when requested. Never made beds once or tidied room in a 5 day stay.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it had a big sag right in middle. This bed should have been replaced long ago. stayed in same room last year and same sag in that bed right by window. we also were not refunded our deposit as they said we spilt coffee on this same bed by window and we do not drink coffee in a bed- there was none provided- ate out for breakfast. so they charged us 200 for damage to a bed that should have been last year as we stayed in same room. Stayed there various times since 2003 and never ever had problems and now to have this done is not very nice at all.
