The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it had a big sag right in middle. This bed should have been replaced long ago. stayed in same room last year and same sag in that bed right by window. we also were not refunded our deposit as they said we spilt coffee on this same bed by window and we do not drink coffee in a bed- there was none provided- ate out for breakfast. so they charged us 200 for damage to a bed that should have been last year as we stayed in same room. Stayed there various times since 2003 and never ever had problems and now to have this done is not very nice at all.

Positives:
The suite was amazing. Very big nice tub and comfortable bed.
Negatives:
There was no microwave or toaster, no cold water for the sink in the kitchen and the jet tub was a bit funky. Had to use hot water than put cold in to make temperature good. When turning the jets one it push up cold water and dirt.

The location is good, close to everything I needed. The place is surprisingly very clean. I happened to catch a glimpse of girls cleaning the room and gosh they were working hard and cleaning every bit. There’s also a fridge and microwave in the room which is always a plus.
Negatives:
The place is run down and definitely could use some renovations like new doors, ripping out old bathrooms, a little TLC on exterior. WIFI is none existent. Water pipes occasionally are making very loud noises.
