Towel was stained and hair on it. No one was at the desk when we were trying to check in.. had to call out hello a couple times before someone came. Need a bell or something at night? Would have liked fruit at breakfast.

The room was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty, the carpet was sticky, there were several hairs in the bed. The fridge didn’t work, the cable didn’t work, and the place smelled. I complained to the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do but offered the managers email. 2 emails and no response

Positives:
We have stayed there multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves, it's a getaway for me and my husband we find your place clean and affordable.
Negatives:
Our most recent stay was a little different, there seemed to be random people hanging around outside, the person above us was farely noisy until 230-3 am and kept us up, both mornings the scrambled eggs seemed off and there was no butter for our bagels. Again we have stayed multiple times there and usually have no issues or concerns but left disappointed this recent time.

They couldn't give me the room I booked. Then put me in a room next to a crack head that was up all hours of the night hollering and banging on the walls. She would go into the hallway and be screaming at no one.
