Positives:
Was a good value and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Room was dated. The bathroom was small. The bathroom door was hitting the toilet. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. There was no anti slip in the tub. My husband fell in the tub having a shower. The mattress was old. Needs an update all around. The scrambled eggs were cold.

We liked the location. Surrounded by restaurants, LCBO, etc. The staff was very kind.
Negatives:
All of the furniture in our room was old, chipped, leaning, scuffed and stained. The cleanliness was not to par. There were white marks on the bathroom door that wiped away with a wet tissue. The counter and toilet paper holder was visibly soiled. The pull out couch and arm chair was visibly stained. The carpet was old, smelled and stained all over. The desk was leaning so badly it could have collapsed at any time had my husband not corrected the leg. The bed was stiff. We had a jacuzzi and the cold water did not work at all, so filled the tub with straight piping hot water. We had to wait hours and pour buckets of cool water in just to tolerate the water temperature. All in all the room did not feel cleaned upon entry and we were very disappointed sadly. We aren’t one to complain but quite frankly this was the worst room we’ve stayed in ever.
