Positives: Right off the bat, when you book the room they emphasized BREAKFAST, with what they give you you, no fast can be broken. Breakfast consist of 1 single selection box juice 1 apple 1 Kirkland granola bar 1 bottle of water nestle 1 irresistible yogurt. Ive paid lees money for a room else where and got a proper breakfast. May you guys should say snacks instead of breakfast. Just saying. Next time I rent from Travelodge, thats if I do Ill have to ask whats for breakfast.

Negatives: The two issues we had was the super high price (price of a decent hotel in downtown Toronto!) and the fact that the wifi was not serviceable.

Negatives: It said breakfast included at the time of booking, but onsite the breakfast was really just an apple, yogurt, juice(200ml) and a water bottle all packed in a bag, that's it. Very disappointed with this arrangement, they should have been clear about this while booking.

Positives: It was close to highway 11 and other amenities.

Negatives: Your website did not mention that the hotel was under construction. The pool was closed, which was the main reason I picked it, there was no reduction in price and there was a 100.00 fee to cover any damages that was not mentioned in advance. Horrible.

Positives: Nothing The whole facility was under construction. My grandkids couldn't even play around there because there were so many hazards. Were Spider webs everywhere place has not been dusted. The linen sucks. The mattresses are bad old; you sink right in the bed. The complimentary breakfast comes in to go baggy. And it's all like yucky stuff. Nobody wants to eat it. Grandson got sick, and had to leave. And you guys are booking won't give me back my money. And I spent a lot of money three days thousand and something is ridiculous.

Negatives: Nothing I'm very discussed with it and I will not be using you're app anymore that is the second time the I use booking .com and Both times I got a motel through you. I show up at the hotel. Cause it's already prepaid, and they're under full cdestruction. No use of the pool and those are the reasons why I get the more tells that I get. Well, my whole experience sucks. So are you guys gonna give me back my money for.

Positives: I didn't like anything about the hotel.

Negatives: The hotel was under construction. I ordered a handicapped room and the bed was too high, bathtub and patio was not accessible. No screen for patio door, so no fresh air. No restaurant as advertised and the free breakfast was in a bag to be picked up.
