Location was close to Go Train which is what we were looking for. ROOMS were clean and comfortable. Pool area was also clean.
Negatives:
Wasn't a fan of the breakfast eggs or sausages. I believe the eggs were powdered or processed and sausage just didn't taste great.

There are many things that I did not like about Best western, in Burlington. I have stayed at many best westerns I have spent thousands. They never attach any of my points to my stays. Google and many other websites i cross referenced said they were the top property for pet friendly. So I booked with them. 2 days in my stay they tell me they are not pet friendly. They charged me a huge fee and were so rude I will only take my pets to the Hilton They know how to treat you and you pets and way better value

I specifically asked for gluten free as I have celiac and it's such a drag to ask for it and then I didnt find it and had to ask every morning. That was upsetting considering I thought I had prearranged it. People don't understand what it's like to have to do that repeatedly on the every day. I thought u had my back.

Arranging gf breakfast and actually finding it there just like everyone else does. This is why I chose Best Western.

Staff accommodated our request to have a room closer to other friends - very helpful and cheerful!
Great amenities - larger fridge than normal, microwave, breakfast, etc.

Expensive. For the amount of time in the hotel and in an area that's not really touristy, it was expensive.
