Positives: Looked nice as we entered the room. Good TV channels. Good sized room. There was a fridge and microwave.

Negatives: There was no hot water - only warm water in the shower. I felt cold in the shower! Also the heating/cooling unit doesnt work.

Positives: The front desk staff was accommodating to our request to get clean towels and two clean flat sheets.

Negatives: I did not like anything. The room was not clean. There was hair all over. In the bathroom, beds, and floor. The chair was broken, and the stove had foil paper inside the burners. I was afraid to put my bags on the floor because the room was so dirty.

Positives: The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Negatives: The weird noise (perhaps the water-pipes?) throughout the night which did not allow a proper sleep. Also, seems like one of the beds, the one next to the window had bedbugs in it. My husband got bitten all over.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, clean bedding and towels. The spa tub was relaxing and in a nice separate area from the bathroom with a nice smelling candle, and the motel was quiet. Also, I received my deposit back quickly in only a couple of days.

Negatives: The bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall, it was okay to sleep for a night. The only suggestion would be a few more pillows, and the water could be a little warmer but was still a decent temp for a bath.
