Motel 6-Burlington ON - Toronto West - Oakville

Negatives: It was run down.

Negatives: The wifi stopped working my last night of stay with no solution until after I checked out. Also, I saw three small bugs at different times in the room during my three nights there which made me feel uncomfortable.

Negatives: The rooms are in need of maintenance. Several poorly patched holes in the walls and along the corners. The bathroom light fixtures junction box was showing through a hole in the wall. The rooms need to be cleaned better. The floor was sticky. There was a mystery liquid sprayed on the walls. There was a huge blood stain( washed but still stained) on the matress cover which you could see through the sheets. We had to put one of the towels under the sheet to cover it since it was right by our head. We were three people in a room and we were provided with 1 towel and 1 facecloth. We asked for two more of each. Ended up having to use one of the towels to cover the stain on the mattress cover. No hand towels. Only a small bottle of crappy shampoo. One roll of toilet paper.

Negatives: When we checked in, we were given the key to a room that was occupied and we walked in to see someone’s belongings all over the room

Negatives: No wifi in rooms Asked to switch rooms as my heating unit made noise all night, staff member on Friday at 11 am said he was busy and would come get me to switch…never did… came back down at 5pm and I asked to cancel the rest of my stay… now he had time to switch my room… and trust me they probably only had a 20 percent occupancy rate…most being long term people Breakfast was an apple juice, granola bar, and a bagel… thrown in a take out box… no toaster around to toast the bagel… I feel they could really put a touch more effort into customer service… That service I received was a 60 dollar a night motel expectation. Not 120 a night
